Your ticket is held for 5 business days while your payment travels. As soon as it arrives you get your ticket by email, automatically. If payment doesn't arrive, it's released back into the pool.
Can't come after all? Return your ticket from your order page, by yourself, until 1 February 2027 and get a full refund (paid out manually about twice a month… bear with us), or sell it directly to someone else and change the name on the ticket.
Buying second-hand? Consider twice if you trust the seller not to refund their ticket with us after you paid them.
